A long song with again some very power backing music and excellent lyrics. One of my favourites from this album. 8/10 I’ve Loved these Days is a good song and delivered in a way only Billy Joel can but is missing that something that makes it stand out. 7/10 Miami is /5(52).

Production. Joel recorded Turnstiles in part as a celebration of his return to his native New York City. Three of the album's tracks reference New York: "Summer, Highland Falls", "New York State of Mind" and "Miami (Seen the Lights Go Out on Broadway)".It begins with "Say Goodbye to Hollywood" (inspired by The Ronettes song "Be My Baby") and also includes "I've Loved These Days", a tongue Missing: Cartridge.
